Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate with blithequark, your main duties will include providing customer service support, managing orders, preparing for electronic and manual order entry, maintaining accounts, and offering sales support to our Corporate Sales Team. You will be expected to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during holidays, and use discretion when working with confidential information.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to external customers, internal callers, and transfers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual orders, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of order management.
- Respond to customer service requests, emails, and other inquiries, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Utilize various systems and tools, including the Emailed Holds Report, Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool, to manage orders and provide customer support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of our organization. You will also need to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service principles, with experience working in a similar role or industry.
- A proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information, and to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset.
