Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment
- Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
- Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, with no loss in efficiency and effectiveness
