As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that we put smiles on their faces.
Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers, connecting them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. You will be the face of arenaflex, working directly with customers, warehouse associates, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs
- Uphold company values and respect every customer, resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations
- Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), performing tasks with or without reasonable accommodation, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, and standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and resolving issues
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
