Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a passion for delivering outstanding results and making a meaningful impact. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * **Updating and Maintaining Records**: Maintain up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily accessible. * **Operating Office Equipment**: Operate a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. * **Communicating with Clients**: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. * **Scheduling Appointments**: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership. * **Experience with Computers and Software**: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * **Experience with Office Equipment**: Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers. * **QuickBooks Knowledge**: Experience with QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. * **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency. * **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language arts. * **Teamwork and Collaboration**: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software**: Familiarity with CRM software, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and interactions. * **Experience with Data Analysis**: Basic knowledge of data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data insights. * **Certifications or Training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, data entry, or office administration. **Job Type and Schedule** This is a full-time, remote opportunity, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
