About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our Customer Operations team. As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. This is a calls-based role with some supporting web-chat work, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for listening to our customers' concerns, providing honest and transparent solutions, and escalating issues to specialist areas when needed.
