About the Role
As a Customer Relations Supervisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing daily leadership, management, and guidance to our licensed Customer Relations Call Center team. This team is the frontline of our customer service operations, handling high-volume customer calls and corresponding with customers via email. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our customers' experiences and drive excellence in our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure superior service for our customers and retail partners by providing information, feedback, and coaching to agents supporting call center service level standards.
- Hold teams accountable for results, driving flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all actions align with blithequark practices, policies, and values, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead a team in a fast-paced call center environment, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and excellence.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- 1+ year of experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- 1+ year of experience leading a team in a call center environment.
- Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with call center technologies/applications such as Verint, Five9, or IEX.
- Retail pharmacy experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities.
- Experience working with data and analytics, with the ability to drive business decisions based on insights.
- A bachelor's degree, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
- Organized and high-energy, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
