As a Customer Operations Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. You will contact external customers and agents to obtain the necessary information to process the requested transactions, and you will be responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, differentiating between IRA and NQ accounts, and understanding how clients' different requests can affect them in terms of taxable events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong level of attention to detail, having a strong commitment to customer service, and being process-oriented.

The hourly salary range for this role is $21.00-$31.96, plus eligibility for an annual bonus program. We also offer a range of benefits and perks to support your overall well-being and career growth.
