Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression on our customers. - Handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and address device-related questions of varying complexity, utilizing your problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions. - Identify sales opportunities on every call by introducing arenaflex's phone, home internet, and other services, leveraging your sales acumen to meet and exceed monthly sales and retention targets. - Serve as an arenaflex brand ambassador, highlighting the benefits of our products and services to ensure customer loyalty and retention, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. - Utilize systems and tools effectively to manage customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes to enhance your performance. - Participate in onsite training, team meetings, and periodic collaboration events to continuously improve your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to the development of our team. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should possess a unique blend of customer service, sales, and technical skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Below are the minimum and preferred qualifications for this position: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs. - At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals, showcasing your sales prowess and potential for growth. - Experience resolving escalated customer concerns, billing issues, and product questions, highlighting your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need at all times. - A quiet, private home workspace with a wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), allowing you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency with Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), enabling you to manage data, create documents, and present information effectively. - Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, demonstrating your technical aptitude and ability to resolve complex problems. - Strong upselling skills with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to customers, showcasing your ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized support. Home Office Requirements To work effectively in a remote setting, you will need to meet the following home office requirements: - Home office located within the contiguous United States, ensuring that you are within our operational boundaries. - Reliable internet connection via cable or fiber modem (DSL, wireless, or satellite connections not permitted), providing you with the connectivity you need to perform your duties. - Ability to self-manage and maintain company-provided equipment and home network setup, demonstrating your technical skills and ability to work independently. - Compliance with periodic home office audits conducted via webcam, ensuring that our remote work environment meets our operational and security standards. Additional Details This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius of Temple Terrace, FL. Onsite attendance is required for initial training and periodic team collaboration events. You will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week, with set schedules based on business needs, ensuring that our customers receive consistent support and service.
