With a strong presence in the industry, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving growth through collaboration and teamwork. **Job Highlights** * **Location:** Remote (must reside within an hour of the arenaflex Bristol, VA office) * **Compensation:** A competitive salary * **Position:** Experienced Customer Care Representative – Work from Home Opportunity * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Company:** arenaflex **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Guiding customers through their billing changes during acquisitions or transitions, reviewing account information, service plans, pricing, installation fees, and equipment needs for accuracy. * Resolving billing issues quickly and efficiently through phone calls, email, and chat. * Walking customers through our billing cycle, auto pay, paperless billing, customer portal, and taking their first payment. * Calling customers with outstanding debts to collect overdue payments and updating account notes for collection efforts. * Processing collections in a courteous and professional manner. * Completing install tickets in the morning and throughout the day to aid in accuracy for billing and inventory. * Setting up new customers, answering questions, or making changes to their billing or services. * Consistently working in Excel, SONAR, and project management software/database. * Reviewing construction drawings in SONAR for new account setup. * Working alongside peers, leaders, and other departments, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or GED. * Above-average understanding of Internet and/or wireless technology. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, follow instructions, communicate, and document clearly. * The ability to learn new processes and skills, grow knowledgeable of systems, and develop proficiency in our company values, organizational requirements, and competencies. * A stationary position for 8-10 hours, with flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. * Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization's values. **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: * Medical (3 plans to choose from), Dental, and Vision * Short Term Disability * Flexible Spending Accounts * Company Paid Life as well as Voluntary policies * 401(k) with a generous company match * Paid Time Off * Share the Care Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Uniform/Boot allowance (applicable by position) * Cell Phone Allowance (applicable by position) * Career Progression Opportunities * Discounted Broadband Services (where applicable) **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
