**About the Role:**
As a Customer Care Representative in our OCC team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll work closely with our teams, including avionics experts, to tackle functional business challenges and drive efficiency. Our OCC is the heartbeat of our organization, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our OCC teams in various capacities
* Collaborate with avionics experts and other teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
* Utilize data and information to drive business decisions and improve processes
* Develop and implement applications and efficiencies to reduce responsibility for our teams
* Research and develop techniques to improve fuel loads, airplane directing, and payload gauging
* Work closely with our Load Control Center, Fuel Methodology group, and other teams to achieve our goals
**What You'll Need to Succeed:**
* Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in Software Engineering, Research, Finance, Modern Designing, Aviation Administration, or a related field
* Availability to work for three substituting semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
* Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
* Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on group outcomes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong commitment to safety and security, both personally and professionally
* Embracing of diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
**What Will Give You an Edge:**
* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with carrier tasks, booking, and scheduling
* History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
