About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team, working remotely and earning a competitive hourly rate of $25. Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
• Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
• Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
