**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Professional – Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing key selling skills, and working in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
* Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
* Record important data as per established procedures and techniques
* Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Customer service experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
