**The Role**
As a Customer Care Professional, Beneficiary Claim Support, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathetic and solution-focused interactions. You'll work closely with clients and their loved ones to navigate complex situations, providing clear and concise guidance to ensure a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide empathetic and solution-focused support to clients and their loved ones through phone, email, or chat interactions
* Gather relevant information to accurately assess situations and present complex solutions
* Build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds, navigating multiple systems while engaging with clear, concise, and positive language
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert guidance
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
* Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is preferred
* Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
* Ability to be empathetic and understanding while discussing sensitive topics, such as death claims
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, welcoming change and contributing to continuous improvement
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with financial services products and programs, such as annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims

* Competitive base salary of $25.00/hour ($52,000/year)
* Up to 14 weeks of structured training and onboarding for the product or program you support

* The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors arenaflex deems important
