We are now seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Nurse to join our dynamic team, working remotely to facilitate Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) case files.
As a Customer Care Nurse at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our claim intake process, working in a fast-paced incoming call environment where you will handle approximately 35-40 calls per day. Your clinical expertise and exceptional communication skills will enable you to assess, document, and review the medical acuity of claimants' conditions, providing empathy and compassion throughout the intake process. Our team of medical professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and returning people to work. We are looking for a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an active LPN/LVN license (RN licenses will be considered), with a minimum of 12 months of practicing clinical experience and broad spectrum knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Clinical Case Management experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are essential. You should also have excellent keyboard/automation skills and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

The annualized base pay range for this role is $63,760 - $95,640, depending on experience and performance.
