Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through phone and email, with a high volume of outbound interactions
- Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all customer interactions
- Maintain our customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate data capture and inform sales strategies
- Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals
- Work closely with your team and report directly to a Sales Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling and customer engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technology and data, with a strong understanding of MS Office programs and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to address customer concerns and drive sales growth
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
