Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Account Support Specialists to join our remote collections team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in servicing our large and growing portfolio of customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be expected to be available for shift requirements between 8:00am – 7:00pm CST, Monday – Friday, and 8:00am – 12:00pm CST on Saturday.
