Key Responsibilities
As a Convention Service Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Obtaining, assembling, and arranging tables and chairs according to the Banquet Event Order
- Gathering all necessary materials and equipment for event operation
- Maintaining the cleanliness of banquet areas throughout events and removing trash
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and performing general cleaning in meeting and event rooms
- Keeping all event spaces, storage areas, foyers, and service areas clean and organized
- Refreshing rooms during event breaks and striking rooms at the end of events
- Ensuring that china, silverware, and glassware are returned to the proper dish machine area
- Completing stock and spoilage records as needed
- Maintaining and operating banquet vehicles
- Counting, sorting, and organizing linens and other banquet supplies
Essential Qualifications
