**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Contract Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing customer marketing experiences that drive business results. Your primary focus will be on creating communities based on level and interest, identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell, and amplifying our customers' stories.

* Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that drive loyalty, expansion, and advocacy

* Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
* Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
* Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
