**Key Responsibilities**
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help drive success in our Authorized Collision Program. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling maintenance and ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
* Coordinating with customers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded
* Coordinating rental vehicles and handoffs
* Updating vehicle reputation and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed
* Reordering materials and components as needed
* Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers
**What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of skills and qualifications to the table. Some of the key requirements include:
* A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
* Ability to teach others and share your knowledge and expertise
* Comfort working in a collision repair environment
* Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment
* Must be at least 18 years of age
