Key Responsibilities

• Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare for vehicle arrivals, including coordinating with customers and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order
• Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected and processed
• Communicate with customers to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with our services
• Coordinate rental vehicles and handoffs, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
• Provide regular vehicle status updates to customers and stakeholders
• Reorder materials and components as needed to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Conduct repair reviews and deliveries, ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers and stakeholders
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to teach others and share knowledge and expertise
