Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and 2 years of call center experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Bilingual candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
