About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Southwest Airlines Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving technology initiatives for new functionality in existing applications, including management systems, benefits, and support costs. You'll also support the planning of new projects in revenue and cost center management. Key Responsibilities
- Perform analyses necessary to develop effective solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to departmental standards.
- Manage activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure communications and resources are available to customers or eligible individuals.
- Use experience and data to measure evaluation, business process, standard process, and problem needs.
