**Job Summary**
As a Business Analysis Manager in our Worldwide Revealing team, you'll play a critical role in driving our organization's success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. You'll work closely with senior leadership to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, and data analysis

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop strategic plans
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Experience leading and mentoring junior team members to achieve business results
* Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement
