About the Role
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Tridium Programmer who can bring their expertise to our team and work on advanced building automation systems (BAS) for commercial projects. As a Building Automation Controls Programmer, you will be responsible for optimizing control strategies for energy efficiency, system integration, and enhanced building performance. Your primary focus will be on programming and optimizing BAS, integrating various building systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with project teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and optimize building automation systems (BAS) for commercial projects using Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms
- Integrate various building systems to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
- Optimize control strategies for energy efficiency, system integration, and enhanced building performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of Tridium programming experience, with a strong focus on building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
- 5+ years of experience in the building automation industry, with a deep understanding of commercial projects
- Tridium N4 certification, demonstrating your expertise in Tridium programming
- If you're interested in working remotely, you must have 3+ years of previous experience working in a remote capacity, showcasing your ability to work independently and effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, having experience with Distech would be highly beneficial, as it would demonstrate your ability to work with a range of building automation systems.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
