Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience as a Live Chat Operator or Customer Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service
- A genuine passion for photography, videography, and/or print, with a good understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and print technology

- Ability to learn quickly and a drive for self-development, with a valid Driving License and the ability to travel all over the country when required
