Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Bookkeeping Services
As a Bookkeeper for SFR, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial health and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert bookkeeping services to clients via QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular virtual meetings and responsive communication.
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
- Processing payroll, issuing invoices, and managing cash receipts and bank deposits.
- Collaborating with your manager and internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Participating in monthly one-on-one meetings with your supervisor to ensure you're working in your "Perfect Position."
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Require
