As a key contributor to our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life and work in a collaborative and engaging environment. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Meeting sales objectives as defined. **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must: * Be bilingual in Spanish and English. * Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. * Be over 18 years of age. * Have the ability to type 25 wpm. * Be a high school graduate or have a GED. * Be comfortable with desktop computer systems. * Have proven oral and written communication skills. * Have 6 months of call center experience, preferred. * Possess logical problem-solving skills. * Be available to work various shifts. * Have the ability to use Windows operating systems. * Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills. * Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience. * Be able to work independently. * Have the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * Be able to stay composed and objective. * Have strong listening skills. * Possess superior negotiating skills. **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps. * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. * Proof of internet speed required. * Clean and quiet workspace. **Job Locations** This role is based in the United States and is available as a remote opportunity. **Requisition ID** The Requisition ID for this role is 2024-54757. **Category** This role falls under the Customer Service/Support category. **Country** This role is based in the United States. **Take the Next Step** Are you ready for this challenge?
