Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and minimal distractions.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent, and a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
