Key Responsibilities

- Exercise judgment and discretion within defined policies and procedures to resolve customer issues and provide support
- Collaborate with internal partners, including brokers and other specialists, to refer clients to additional services and support

Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with clients, either in a customer-facing role or through equivalent experience, such as work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bilingual speaking and listening ability in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
