With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we strive to build long-term relationships with our clients, partners, and employees. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer telephone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate and knowledgeable information to resolve their inquiries and issues. * Review confidential tax information and maintain a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies to accurately educate, advise, and direct internal and external customers. * Provide account maintenance according to tax laws and policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer requests. * Utilize technology for advanced support, including online web tools and self-service functions through the Georgia Tax Center. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service. * Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements. **Minimum Entry Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and/or providing information **Essential Qualifications** * Customer Service: Ability to appropriately address customer issues, in the interests of achieving customer satisfaction and respecting business needs. * Results Orientation: Ability to identify the most appropriate method for completing a project or reaching a goal. * Good Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to evaluate all the relevant aspects of a situation, such as potential consequences, and make an appropriate decision. * Accountability: Ability to accept responsibility for one's actions with honesty and integrity, while maintaining credibility and remaining committed to organizational success. * Teamwork & Cooperation: Ability to promote the team atmosphere, be respectful of all team members, and work well with co-workers & leadership. * Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a high-volume Contact Service environment * Bilingual in Spanish or second language, with good verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision. **Requirements** * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * Must be able to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary ($15.00 per hour/$17.00 per hour for Spanish speaking individuals) * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off) **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
