Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about clean energy, finance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in the development of new products and solutions
- A desire to work with a small, dynamic team and contribute to our mission
- Strong domain knowledge in a relevant industry or role, such as finance, energy, or sales and marketing
- A passion for innovation in finance, energy, and/or insurance/risk management
- Interest in renewable energy and solar, in particular, and a commitment to sustainability
- The ability to estimate time requirements and pre-requisites for a given task, and to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve minor issues without direct input from a supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this fellowship, you should:
- Be a current or graduated MBA/Master's student, or have other relevant academic background
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in a financial institution, energy industry, sales and marketing role, or other relevant field
- Be available to start in Fall 2024 and commit to the full duration of the fellowship
