**Responsibilities**
As an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
* Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and ensure on-time departures and arrivals
* Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destinations
* Working in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
* Participating in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
