Core Responsibilities and Tasks
As an administrative assistant at Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communications: Coordinate executive communications, including emails, phone calls, and text messages, to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
- Booking and Recruiting: Assist in booking brand ambassadors and recruiting new talent, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
- Assigning and Problem Solving: Assign tasks and projects to team members, and troubleshoot issues that may arise during promotions.
- Data Management: Work with large Excel files, filling in data points and maintaining accurate records.
- Brand Ambassador and Retail Partner Relations: Communicate with brand ambassadors and retail partners to discuss upcoming promotions, resolve issues, and provide support.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant Excel Experience: A minimum of 5 years of regular use of Excel, with the ability to pass a skills test.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with job boards, gig platforms, and Microsoft Teams, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Systems, including Email, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills via text, email, and phone, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, brand ambassadors, and retail partners.
- HR, Office Administration, and Recruiting Experience: Some experience in these areas is highly preferred, particularly in recruitment, booking people into jobs, and internal team support.
