About the Role

As an Entry Level Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives, gather and document business requirements, and analyze data to support decision-making processes. You will assist in the development of process maps and workflow diagrams, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, and support project management activities. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives, and gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in the development of process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes, and help in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and managing timelines, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in meetings to gather insights and feedback from team members, and contribute to the development of business solutions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during project implementations to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and project management methodologies to drive business improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
• A basic understanding of business processes and project management methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to use these tools to develop reports, presentations, and other business materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
