Description: • As part of our Enterprise Growth team at Turquoise Health, you will be the face of the company and directly responsible for sales and expansion in the segment. • You will own the full sales cycle – building relationships with executive stakeholders, designing solutions, managing negotiations, and finalizing contracts with the largest companies in healthcare. • Identify new sales enterprise opportunities and develop them into high-value opportunities to fuel our growth at Turquoise Health. • Build relationships and establish communications at the highest executive levels to understand their needs and priorities and to speed up and simplify the deal process. • Own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities. • Collaborate and share customer feedback with Product to identify new offerings to continuously increase the value of Turquoise Health. • Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, so we can learn more about our business and customers. Requirements: • 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience at a technology or management consulting company with consistent attainment or out-performance of sales goals. • Strong preference for candidates who have worked with health plans or in the payer space. • Successful track record of developing high-profile, long-term business relationships with executive stakeholders. • Domain expertise of the healthcare system in the United States and a curiosity to keep learning the intricacies and changes within the industry. • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience/knowledge.
