With a strong flow of inbound interest, they are building a high-performance enrollment team focused on converting qualified candidates into enrolled students.
We’re hiring an Enrollment Sales Specialist to own candidate conversations and drive enrollments through high-quality, phone-based sales interactions.
This is a high-ticket, high-impact sales role — ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and consistently ranks in the top 1%.
Your Role
As an Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will act as a key revenue driver, owning your pipeline of inbound leads and converting them into enrolled students.
This is a conversion-focused role.
We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and motivated by hitting targets — while still delivering a strong candidate experience.
You will be responsible for moving candidates efficiently through the funnel, from initial conversation to final enrollment.
You’ll:
• Manage and convert a pipeline of inbound leads
• Conduct phone-based sales calls with prospective students
• Qualify candidates and assess readiness to enroll
• Present the program with clarity, confidence, and energy
• Handle objections and create urgency when appropriate
• Follow up persistently to close enrollments
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM systems
• Hit and exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Continuously improve your pitch, objection handling, and close rate
You Bring:
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, high-ticket, or phone sales)
• Proven top-tier performance (consistent quota attainment; top 1% in your peer group)
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Excellent spoken English (C1–C2) with confidence on calls
• High energy, resilience, and results-driven mindset
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up discipline and organization
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
• Availability to work Eastern Time, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Location: LatAm (any country), fully remote
