• Work across project development, origination, interconnection, and construction financing transactions
Requirements:
• Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel)
• Debt/equity structuring experience
• Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to participate in advanced level discussions in the utility-scale renewables
• Understanding of national energy power markets (beneficial but not required)
