Role Description
The eLearning Content Developer designs and creates high-end online courses and training resources for clients.
- Contribute to the development of conceptual design
- Assist in course storyboarding and develop creative and intuitive solutions for online learning
- Collaborate with clients and team members to design interactive online training content
- Produce instructional training videos
- Design and develop customized simulations, activities, assessments, and games
- Create, upload, and manage lesson content
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, digital or print layout, or related skillset
- Experience creating content using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Experience creating animated videos with Vyond is advantageous
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Software
- Familiarity with basic video and audio editing software
Requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external team members
- Creativity and design background and skills (Applicants asked to provide a portfolio of examples)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required)
- Capability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines
- Capable of conducting client meetings to understand their needs and collaborate on content strategies and delivery
- Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in audio/video production are beneficial
