Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented eCommerce Operations &
Support Specialist to support day-to-day eCommerce execution across multiple
platforms. This role is focused on tactical work—keeping systems updated, data
accurate, and platforms running smoothly—so leadership can stay focused on strategy
and growth.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across
systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. MUST BE IN EST timezone!!

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Catalog Management
Support product setup and maintenance within PIM systems, including Syndigo
Manage product data accuracy across channels (titles, descriptions, attributes,
images, pricing)
Assist with bulk uploads, updates, validations, and ongoing catalog clean-up
Ensure product content meets retailer and marketplace requirements
Amazon Support (Seller/Vendor Central & AMS)
Support daily tasks within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Assist with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) execution and reporting
Monitor listings for issues (suppressed listings, errors, missing attributes)
Help resolve cases, tickets, and operational issues
Shopify Support
Assist with product uploads, updates, and site maintenance in Shopify
Support collection management, tagging, and basic merchandising tasks
QA product pages for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Data Entry & Reporting
Perform accurate data entry across platforms and spreadsheets
Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation
Assist with audits and reconciliations (product data, pricing, inventory)
Problem Solving & Operational Support
Identify issues, inconsistencies, or errors across systems and flag them
proactively
Troubleshoot basic platform issues and coordinate resolution
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
Experience working with PIM systems, specifically Syndigo
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising / AMS
Experience working in Shopify
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools
Ability to follow established processes while adapting to new workflows
Nice to Have
Experience managing large or complex product catalogs
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or agency environment
