The Role
As a Dutch Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Making sales calls to sign up new campsites and holiday parks to take bookings via our website
- Helping clients complete the registration process and providing exceptional customer service
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and supporting relationships with key supplier decision-makers
- Discovering and following up on new accommodation opportunities
- Promoting our product internally and providing recommendations on product development
- Monitoring and analyzing results, ensuring client inventory is adequate and allocation levels meet company requirements
Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Expert, you'll be expected to:
- Make a minimum of 50-100 calls per shift, while following up on emails and client communications
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least two years' experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or customer service
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Proven track record of conducting new business development, including B2B cold calling
- Organized and methodical approach, with excellent communication and phone manner
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Own computer and reliable internet connection
- Willingness to dedicate at least 15 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule
