• Use CAD software to prepare accurate site drawings (approximately 16 hours per week)
• Perform quantity take-offs to support the estimating department (approximately 24 hours per week)
• Review building plans to identify required electrical equipment, such as smoke detectors and evacuation speakers
• Interpret plan legends to accurately recognize symbols for required devices
• Mark and highlight symbols on plans and provide device counts per page
• Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely data collection
• Maintain organized records of drawings and take-off summaries for reference and reporting
