We’re looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of event rental equipment. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, and keeping accurate records.
Ability to speak English is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Confirm delivery/pickup ETAs with customers and review drop-off photos after each delivery.
2. Enter delivery addresses in advance and note special details (e.g., gated areas, venues).
3. Communicate updates with the Sales and Dispatch team.
4. Confirm driver schedules and subrental pickup/return details.
5. Manage route efficiency and related delivery costs.
6. Update the Dispatch space with ETAs and any changes.
7. Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication, and time management skills.
Hours: As needed — must be available between 6AM–6PM (CST time).
