Director, Telehealth Services

Candidates must reside in PST time zone with California residents being HIGHLY preferred. The ideal candidate will have Vendor Management experience and a CA RN license is HIGHLY preferred.

Position Purpose: Implement the strategic vision of comprehensive patient-centered telehealth services by ensuring the availability of innovative, high quality and virtually accessible clinical care for PCPs and members

• Introduce and oversee all telehealth services and programs to internal and external partners and monitor all implementation strategies
• Ensure high quality monitoring, tracking, reporting and documentation of program functions to effectively meet the needs of the patients and families
• Engage and manage an array of telehealth solutions including technology vendors and clinical partners
• Collaborate with upper management and various cross-functional departments to determine telehealth services and best practices
• Serve as a liaison to ensure end-user knowledge of remote patient monitoring
• Track and analyze trends on the collection of data relating to the quality, utilization, satisfaction, and billing of telehealth services to evaluate the programs effectiveness and potential areas of improvement
• Define and implement provider incentive plans to drive telehealth adoption
• Develop all communication and training plans to best manage implementation
• Ability to travel

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, related field or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred. 7+ years of combined telehealth activities, clinical practice or virtual health care experience in a provider, plan or technology supplier environment. Prior knowledge of managed care preferred. Experience with rural health care needs preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current state driver’s license. RN preferred.Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
