Deskpro is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to own demand generation and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Growth Marketing will own the full-funnel strategy, work closely with marketing and sales teams to create, execute, and report on activities that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience who can impact revenue for inbound-led motions, thrives on measurable impact in fast-paced environments, and wants to help implement AI-forward marketing. Requirements Your Impact: ·       Hands-on role where you’ll both strategize and execute. ·       Data-driven marketer focused on strategy and execution: conversion rates, pipeline attribution, and AI-powered growth. ·       Implement AI tools and automation to move faster, smarter, and continuously improve how we attract and convert buyers — from identifying intent, building campaigns, drafting ad copy, and enriching account data. ·       Own pipeline generation targets and work closely with sales to define and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes. ·       Drive pipeline through SEO, AEO, paid media, ABM, community-driven content forums, content syndication, conversion optimization, and others. ·       Create and optimize lead gen and conversion paths for different customer segments and buyer personas. ·       Manage monthly digital advertising budget and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI. ·       Automation expertise to build and manage nurture programs that align marketing and sales priorities.  ·       Use data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to measurable pipeline growth.   Competencies:   ·       5+ years of managing growth marketing for B2B SaaS ·       Understanding of B2B buying cycles and purchase decision-making ·       Ability to strategize, implement, and demonstrate achieving pipeline and revenue targets through multichannel programs ·       AI-forward mindset – proven experience implementing and using AI across demand gen ·       Proactively explore new segments and signals to unlock growth opportunities ·       Capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and easily adapting to change ·       Deep expertise in building and tracking campaigns in HubSpot and attributing results directly to the pipeline  ·       Proven experience building ABM programs at scale ·       Strong experience with SEO best practices ·       Proficiency with analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and others ·       Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and budget allocation ·       Strong communicator who can collaborate but doesn't need handholding Benefits Benefits: · Competitive base salary + bonus · Equity participation · Unlimited vacation · 401k Plan · Comprehensive health benefits · Regular team events and social activities · Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company
