About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Customer Marketing to lead our customer engagement and advocacy efforts. As a strategic leader, you will play a critical role in working cross-functionally with our Customer Success and Sales teams to enhance the customer lifecycle, ensuring that retention and expansion are prioritized through meaningful, value-driven programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and managing a robust Customer Loyalty and Advocacy program, amplifying customer voices, and fostering strong relationships across our growing community.
