Job Description:
• Monitor the performance of assigned assets to ensure they meet or exceed expected output and efficiency targets
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the assets
• Continuously evaluate the profitability and ROI of each assigned asset
• Support the negotiations and contracting process for O&M, Asset Management, and Energy Management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field from an accredited university
• 7+ years of progressive experience with a majority in the energy industry
• Comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of power plant operations, performance engineering, and asset management
• Familiarity with electricity markets, including PJM, MISO, ERCOT and SPP
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
