Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication between stakeholders, define mitigation strategies to address risks and issues, and provide clarity to the team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Gather and report on key performance metrics, including incident reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration across portfolios and products.
- Create and configure application plans tailored to goals and strategies, and modify structures in response to changes.
- Understand resource management and its value, practicing skills related to resource allocation and utilization.
- Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations for specific products.
- Support problem-solving, facilitate incremental program (IP) sessions, and pre-planning activities.
- Understand and implement Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, working with teams to measure results.
- Help allocate resources, provide teams with support to resolve breakdowns, and report issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to plan product release schedules.
- Implement test automation processes and fast delivery methodologies.
- Provide new resources to support and develop personally, while supporting the product team.
- Assist in product management by facilitating demonstrations of product integration to stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance metrics to measure progress towards key deliverables.
- Coordinate between deliverables and stakeholders at the product level, organizing regular "Scrum-of-Scrum" meetings.
- Drive daily delivery processes, including troubleshooting issues that negatively affect productivity.
- Ensure the team adheres to safety and regulatory requirements, understanding delivery engineering processes and changes.
- Manage budgets, specifications, and lead the approval process for management and financial reviews.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- More than 3 years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban processes, providing guidance and best practices to teams.
- Experience as a Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and working with business and IT.
- Experience leading an Agile development team.
- Ability to develop and manage detailed plans, schedules, and strategic reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you should also have:
- Certified PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe RTE certification.
- 3+ years of Agile practice experience.
- More than 2 years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital product development.
