• Lead a team of data professionals to deliver analytics solutions to decision makers
• Hire, inspire, coach and grow a high-performing and inclusive team
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategy, business and peer teams to define and influence roadmaps
• Provide vision and oversight to your team to ensure delivery of value to the business
Requirements:
• Five or more years of people leadership experience, preferably leading a multi-function data team
• Strong technical experience and expertise in end-to-end data practices including data engineering, business intelligence, descriptive and diagnostic analytics, and storytelling with data
• Understanding the interactions and dependencies between data functions
• Ability to manage in a high-demand environment while protecting team from burnout
• Passionate about delivering actionable insights to improve the business
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of technical, business, and creative stakeholders
