Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision and speed, contributing to the success of our Beacon-to-Link migration project. This involves manual organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team's efforts, and collaborating closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage data entry tasks with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, ensuring precision and accuracy in your work.
- Demonstrate excellent English language skills; proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage, enabling you to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel effectively for various administrative tasks, showcasing your proficiency in office software applications.
- Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to handle client inquiries and issues professionally.
- Contribute to the Beacon-to-Link migration project by building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components, working closely with our development team.
- Support end-users in setting up their organization and user credentials, providing excellent customer service to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
