**What You'll Do Every Day**
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

* Auditing reports and sheets of data
* Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
* Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
* Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
* Data Classification: Classify information into relevant categories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Research: Perform searches on websites to gather information and verify data
* Auditing: Review reports and sheets of data to identify errors or inconsistencies
* Data Management: Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
* Quality Control: Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
**Requirements:**
* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity software
* Expertise in computer research and data entry
* Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
* Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
